He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sydney Welch and Alma Jean Cook Welch; and his brother Daniel Sydney Welch, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mamie Jean Welch; his children, Amy Welch Ingle (Clint) of Savannah and Jonathan Clarke Welch of Savannah; his grandchildren, Bryson Tucker Ingle, Haylee Lynn Welch and Cooper Hayes Ingle; and his siblings, Jimmy Welch, Sherry Rogers and Peggy Crotts (Charles). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
