He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Clarence and Brenda Joyce Gean Franks; and his brother Odie Aaron Franks. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Jo Kiddy of Savannah; his children, Jacob Franks of Savannah, Tennessee and Katelyn Franks of Savannah, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Tucker Weems of Savannah, Tennessee and Taleah Middleton of Savannah, Tennessee; his sister Brenda Franks; his nieces, Shelby Short, Sarah Benson and Schyler Franks; and his former wife Felicia.
