She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stricklin and Willie B. Duff Stricklin; her children, Joe Stricklin, Joy Crotts and Judy Diane Franks; and her siblings, Robert Stricklin and Carolyn Stricklin.
She is survived by: her sons, Teddy Stricklin of Savannah, Tennessee and Bobby Stricklin of Savannah, Tennessee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
