He was predeceased by : his parents, Turner Hill and Francis Pinson Hill; his children, Amanda, Denise Hill and Billy; his siblings, Linda Holland, Jackie Sutton, Joel Hill, Glen Hill, Larry Hill and Billy Hill; and the mother of his children Elizabeth Jane Hill.
He is survived by : his children, Steve Hill of Arkansas, Mark Hill of Savannah, Stanley Hill of Savannah, Vance Hill of Savannah, Jimmie Hill of Gary, Indiana and Miranda Handley of Hobart, Indiana; and his sister Ruby Martin of Nashville, Tennessee. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
