She is survived by: her daughter Anita Pfaehler (Leo) of Walton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Danielle Vanhook, Erica Kohlman and Anthony Pfaehler; her great grandchildren, Brandon Kohlman, Grace Vanhook and Sam Vanhook; and her sisters, Josephine Middleton, Daisy Doyle, Ann Knoles and Judy Hamilton.
