He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Fletcher; his daughter Jessi Elaine Spence (Tyler); his siblings, Cecil Fletcher, Martha Belanger (Randy) and Joyce Hall; and his grandchildren, Kaydence Mae Spence and Julia Miracle.
