He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Wayne and Betty Lou Mcfall Steely; his sister Cindy Steely; and his granddaughter Traci Lynn Steely. He is survived by: his children, Phillip "PJ" Steely, Jr. (Candice) of Adamsville, Dalton Steely (Sarah Gagyi) of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Crystal Steely of Henderson, Tennessee; and his brother Greg Steely (Beverly) of Savannah, Tennessee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
