He is survived by: his children, Rachel Smith (Nikki) of Selmer, Leah Brooke Smith of Savannah, Tennessee and Rickey Gene Smith of Savannah, Tennessee; his sister Pam Johnson of Adamsville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Bailee, Braden, Rylee, Jasper, Emily, Timber, Brinke, Cali and Maverick; and his great grandchildren, Zakyah and BreLynne Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Savannah (450 Church St, Savannah, TN 38372). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at the Mt. Hermon Cemetery (1780 Mt Herman Rd, Savannah, TN 38372).
