He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Thomas and Reba June Kean Hurley; and his sisters, Becky Smith, Joyce Ann Smith and Donna Childers.

He is survived by : his wife Teresa Hurley of Counce, Tennessee; his son Jarrod Todd Hurley (Lisa Winger) of Memphis, Tennessee; his siblings, Michael Hurley of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee and Deloris Rast (Jim) of Iuka, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Riley Bray Hurley (Grace) and Teagen Hurley (Creed); and his great grandchild Jaxon Liam Hurley.
