It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom my Joe Ratliff (Savannah, Tennessee), who passed away on August 15, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Brownie; and his grandparents, Jean Ratliff, Robert, Faudie Ratliff, Reeder and Floy Matlock.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Ratliff, Marvin Ratliff (Cheryl), Buddy Ratliff (Mitzi), David Ratliff, Douglas Ratliff (Betsy), Sandra Gale Ratliff Hackett (Shawn) and Rose Ratliff Qualls; his daughter Hannah Ratliff; his stepdaughter Shelby Bernier; and his stepgrandson Ryder Kiddy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
