He was predeceased by: his father William Herman; his wife Tina Plunkett; and his brothers, Jerry Daniel Plunkett, William Wayne Plunkett, Ronnie Plunkett and Tony Lee Plunkett.
He is survived by: his mother Nellogean Randolph Plunkett; his sons, Scotty Plunkett and Phillip Plunkett; his friend Virginia Plunkett; his grandchildren, Brooks Pinkstaff, Cassidy Mathis, Brittany Plunkett, McKenzie Francis, Ginny Smith, Miranda Cheatham and Lake Plunkett; and his siblings, Donnie Plunkett of Garfield, AR, Rickey Plunkett of Mooreville, MS, Mickey Plunkett of Memphis, TN, Brenda Faughn of Forest City, AR, Linda Clardy of Tupelo, MS and Nell Akins of Ozark, AR.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
