He is survived by: his wife Christine Johnson; his children, Jeff Emerson and Terri Brooks-Smith (Tommy); his brothers, Denny Johnson and Joey Johnson; his grandchildren, Andrea Proudfit (Lucas), Caleb Brooks (Desiree), Justin Brooks (Amanda), Johnny Smith (Jenny) and Chad Smith (Rouella); and his great grandchildren, Berkley, Gracie, Caleb Jr., Kayla, Kiernan, McKenzie, Preston, Allison, Colton, Isaiah, Alyxis and Anastasia.
