He is survived by: his wife Judith Dian Mayo of Scotts Hill; his children, Jennifer Mayo of Scotts Hill and Jerry Mayo (Leslie) of Scotts Hill; his granddaughters, Layla of Scotts Hill, Adalyn of Scotts Hill and Zoey Mayo of Scotts Hill; and his siblings, Jessie Mayo (Sheena) of Bath Springs, Fred Mayo (Bonnie) of Reagan, Kathy Bingham (Harlan) of Bath Springs, Kay Carroll (Keith) of Decaturville, Joyce Thompson of Decaturville and Karen Essary (Jeff) of Reagan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pafford Funeral Home - Scotts Hill (10145 TN-100, Scotts Hill, TN 38374). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pafford Funeral Home (10145 TN-100, Scotts Hill, TN 38374).
