She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ben Sweat and Floyd Sweat (Ben); her siblings, Gerald, Archibald (Bill), Virgil, Pitts, Jackie, Bobby, Julian Maxedon and Lila Fern Maxedon Kobantz; and her stepchildren, Johnny, Randy, Anthony Sweat, Rosie Salvucci and Billy Sherron.
She is survived by: her daughter Edith Dianne Sherron Harris; and her stepchildren, Barbara Sweat Miller, Dottie Kay King and Jimmy Sweat.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Selmer (160 Cypress Ave, Selmer, TN 38375). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Hope McNairy County Memorial Cemetery (100 Linsey Ln, Selmer, TN 38375).
