He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moffett Chambers; his son Benji Chambers; his stepdaughter Andrea Churchwell; his grandchild Kelsey Chambers (Yasmin Adams); his great grandchild Creed of Savannah, Tennessee; his grandchild Hunter Chambers (Dakota); his great grandchild Weston of Adamsville, Tennessee; his grandson Trevor Chambers (Lauren) of Savannah, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Robert (Sue) of Selmer, Tennessee, Betty Dennie (Davy) of Bethel Springs, Tennessee and Janice Chambers Cunningham (Ralph) of Florence, Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
