He is survived by: his parents, Gary Spears and Vicki Spears; his son Lee Spears; his aunts, Janie Blount (Freddy), Kathy Tennyson (Franklin), Lori Byrum (Curtis) and Katherine Hinton; his great-aunts, Nancy Prater and Barbara Williams (Herbert); and his close friends, Mollie Monday, Anna Spears and Grant Wilbanks.
