He was predeceased by: his father Perry Ray Manley; and his brother Perry Lynn Manley. He is survived by: his wife Ann Manley of Selmer, TN; his children, Christy Doyle (Jeremy) and James Daniel Roten; his grandchildren, Springer Doyle and Anne Marie Doyle; his stepsister Jackie Burns (Bill); and his nephew Justin Manley (Heather).
