She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammy Leon Mullins, Sr. and Helen Ruth Gray Mullins; and her son Joey Capooth. She is survived by: her daughter Elena Eskew (Aaron Scoggins) of Finger; her grandchildren, Tristian, Elijah, Marcus, Alondra, Sarah Eskew and Ele Moore; her great grandchildren, Kayanna, Kailani, Patience Eskew and Isaiah Eskew; and her sister Linda Anthony.
