He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blakely of Selmer, TN; his children, Brandon Blakely (Kaylee) of Ramer, TN and Amanda Blakely Fiveash (Darren) of Ramer, TN; his grandchildren, Cadyn Fiveash, Cara Beth Fiveash, Carver Fiveash, Lillian Blakely, Wade Harrison Blakely and Kayce Blakely; his brother Gary Blakely; and his nephews, Chris Blakely and Chad Blakely. He is also survived by extended family, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Selmer (160 Cypress Ave, Selmer, TN 38375). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
