He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrison Tildon Locke and Mattie Sue Goolsby Locke. He is survived by: his wife Louise Prather Locke; his daughters, Sonya Louise Locke of Selmer and Angie Locke Cupples (Eddie) of Jackson, TN; his stepchildren, Teresa Willis Bradley (David) of Selmer and Andy Willis of Weatherly, TX; his sister Betty Locke Howell; and his brother-in-law Dennie Howell.
