She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Beene and Caldonia Craig Beene; and her sister Patricia Beene Boston. She is survived by: her husband Larry Clayton; her children, John Clayton (Lorie), Jeff Clayton (Nina) and Ginny Clayton; her grandchildren, Joey, Caelan Clayton, Will, Ben, Megan Clayton, Jaycee, Lexi Jones, Tori Meade (Jeremy) and Maddie Kazee; her brother Dennis Beene (Glenda); and her sister-in-law Janice Turner (Wayne). She is also survived by niece, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Henderson Church of Christ.
