He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Gilbert Finley and Mary Ann Martin Finley; and his siblings, J. C., Dearl, Edwin, Eugene, Jerry, Larry, James Finley, Imogene Smothers, Ruby Weeks, Arlene Harris and Faye Weeks.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Finley of Selmer; his son Derek Finley (Rachel) of Spring Hill; his granddaughter Anne Elizabeth Finley; and his friends, Nelson, Donna Siler, J. D., Brenda Matlock, Jim and Shelia Reynolds. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
