He was predeceased by: his parents, Lendoss Levi and Pearl Lee Kiddy Miller; and his brothers, Terry Rufus and Tommy Lee Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Miller; his son Derek Andrew Miller (Amanda); his grandchildren, Alexis, Kylie and Noah Miller; his siblings, Teddy Miller, Gean Skelton, Judy Lyles, Wanda Geary (Havert) and Penny Maxedon (Ronnie); and his siblings' children, Al Papadakis, Chip Skelton (Samantha), Burke Skelton (Leah), Steve Yurick (Ashley), Missy Ferrell (Chris), Heath Geary (Selena), Heather Coyle (Isaiah), Shaun Maxedon (Autumn), Aiden Maxedon, Thomas Miller, Jason Miller (Karole) and Matthew Miller (Laura).
