He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Forsyth and Maury Kenworthy (Drew) of Maine; his siblings, Jerry Fortune (Sandy) of Tennessee and Judy Perry (Steve) of Mississippi; and his close friend Marlynne Micalizzi of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
