She is survived by: her parents, Marlie Cooley Cates (Mathew Esposito) and Harold "Tom" Cates of Sequatchie Tennessee; her brother Marlin "Axton" Calloway Cates; her grandparents, Marlin and Michelle Manasco Cooley; her aunts, Charity Alder (Bobby) and Jillian Nunley (Rodney Kilgore); her grandmother Martha "Sindy" Rich; and her uncles, Roy Cates, Robert Frye and Brian Rich. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
