He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Coffelt and Stella Mae Slatton; and his siblings, Jimmy Coffelt, Von Coffelt, Gary Coffelt, Brenda Garner, Sheila Edwards and Fredia Coffelt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kacie Coffelt (Corey) and Shannon Coffelt; and his siblings, Kenneth Coffelt, Ronnie Coffelt and Tracy Coffelt.
