He was predeceased by: his parents, Milburn B. Shadrick and Emma Ethel Rogers Shadrick; his wife Barbara Jean Sutton Shadrick; and his siblings, Milburn Shadrick, Jr., Kenneth Shadrick, Belle West and Lou Ellen Wooten.
He is survived by: his foster daughter Joyce Hudson (Carl); and his sisters, Linda Hardy, Francis Parker (Gene) and Sue Myers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
