It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Delaney of Sequatchie, Tennessee, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Delaney and Ruby Short Delaney; and his sister Sharon Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Jane Wright Delaney; his sons, Bradford Delaney (Stacy) and Michael Delaney (Rachel); his stepchildren, Jesse Martin, Justin Martin and Jamie Stanton (Scott); his sister Beth Coulter (Steve); his grandchildren, Katelynn Delaney, Oliver Delaney, Elijah, Caleb and Gideon Delaney; and his stepgrandson Grant Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
