He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Quigley and Alice Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his brother Brett; his sister-in-law Darlene Quigley of LaPorte, IN.; his stepchildren, Doris West (Douglas), Diane Allred (John), Jamie Floyd and Joyce Odom; and his cousin Cindy Petranic (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Allen's name.
