He was predeceased by : his mother Minnetta Hooker. He is survived by : his father Dr. Donald J. Hooker (Eleanor); his sister Gwyn Malone (Steve); his children, Haley Coral Hooker and Jackson Ryan Hooker; and his family Episcopal Church. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
