He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Lee Meadows and Ruby Jewel Meadows; his adoptive parents, Rex Bayes and Lena Bayes; his grandsons, Jacob and Jordan Bough; his stepson Doug Colley; his stepgrandson Robert "Eddie" Colley; his nephew Charlie Miller; and his siblings, Wayne Stanbaugh, Donald Harrington, Bette Renwick and Trina Blankenship.
He is survived by: his children, Bret Meadows (Nelle), Ginger Bushway, Brian Meadows (Brenda) and Mindy Perez Meadows (Isaias Perez); his grandchildren, Rachel Tomshack (Raymond), Aaron Meadows (Brittany), David Bushway (Aline), Ozzie Bushway (Amber), Daniel Davis, Jason Davis, Alex Meadows, Lee Meadows and Joshua Bough; his stepchildren, Margaret Colley and JT Colley; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Colley, Scott Swegheimer and Ashley Colley; and his brother Edward Meadows.
Sister: Cheryl Cummings, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, Special friend Julie Collins, Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
