We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 91, Helen Elizabeth Butcher (Sevierville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her former husband Elmer Lamarr Cowell; her children, Barry Lamarr Cowell, Kimberly Ann Cowell and Penny Lynn Cowell; her husband William Butcher; and her grandsons, Chase Cowell, Devin Cowell and Rogers Land.
The last year it was held (approximately 8 years ago) the donated goods took up the largest U-Haul available. Donations included new stuffed animals, new winter clothes, bicycles, as well as what appeared as the contents of a Dollar General store having been wiped out and donated to her.
