He was predeceased by : his parents, Moran Owen Lacy and Wanda Lee Foust Lacy; his grandparent Zeb; and his brother-in-law Oran Wayne Reeves. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Foust Lacy, Jack and Stella Foust; his wife Patricia Martin Lacy of Ida; his children, Anna Stephens (Tommy) of Vilonia and Brady Lacy of Conway; his sister Sherri Logan (Marvin) of Ida; his siblings-in-law, Maxine Reeves of Concord and Kevin Martin of Concord; his uncle HarolDene Lacy (Maxine) of Ida; his aunt Glenna Adams of Coloma; and his granddaughter Harper Reese Stephens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

The family ask that donations be made to the Antioch Church and Cemetery Fund in care of Clodene Temple, 1710 Heber Springs Road North, Tumbling Shoals, AR 72581.
