She was predeceased by : her father Harold Guffey; her stepfather Ray Wilson; and her grandparents, Lawson Guffey, Lee Caughron Guffey, Luther Gann and Sallie Gann.

She is survived by : her children, Lesa Arwood (Ray) and Derak Guffey (Cassidy); her mother Georgie Wilson; her sister Judy Moon; her granddaughter Tori Guffey (Dustin Williams); her great grandchildren, Juniper Williams and Akira Williams; her grandsons, Austin Guffey and Alex Arwood; her caregiver Kevin Barnes; her niece Savannah Fadeley (Lucas); and her caregivers, Cindy and Steve Chance. She is also survived by family members; many special cousins, step-sisters and step-brothers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
