She was predeceased by : her mother Pearl Booth; her half-sister Mildred; and her stepson Gregory Dale Adkins. She is survived by : her husband Delbert Adkins; her son Larry Willis; her stepdaughters, Annette, Kathy and Debbie; and her grandchildren, Heather Willis (Shawn), Eric Willis (Jessica) and Mandy Taylor (Brian). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
