He was predeceased by: his father Roger Richard "Buck" Schaffner, Jr.; his stepmother Mona Schaffner; his grandparents, Roger Richard Schaffner, Sr., Margaret Marie Davis Schaffner, Michael A. Clancy and Therese Philomena Clancy; his aunt GiGi Schaffner; and his uncle Mitch Schaffner.
He is survived by: his wife Megan Manning Schaffner; his son Ryan Craig Schaffner; his mother Susan Mary Clancy; his siblings, Tracy Knouse (Doug), Joni Daniel (Dewayne), Katie Schaffner (Jesse) and Shawn Schaffner (Kayde); his nieces, Emily Parker (Kristian) and Mia Daniel; his nephew Andrew TIllis; and his in-laws, Marvin and Paulette Manning. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
