He was predeceased by: his father Albert James Rowe, Jr.; and his brothers, David Rowe and James Rowe. He is survived by: his mother Connie Moore Rowe of Sevierville; his daughter Jessie Washington of Virginia; his brother Henry Rowe of Madisonville; and his close friend Tammy Moore of Sevierville.
