He is survived by: his wife Connie McBee; his daughters, Tracy McBee, Shelly McBee and Sheena Curtis (Daniel); his grandchildren, Whitney Green (Presley), Taylor Scharer (Dylan), Dallon Haney (Alex), Kaylie Curtis and Micah Curtis; his great grandchildren, Rylann Haney, Karmynn Haney, Evelyn Scharer and Josie Scharer; and his siblings, Billy Sells (Joyce), Leroy McBee and Sharon Elliott (David).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to O'Dear Cemetery or Grace Fellowship Church in Sewanee.
