She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Milton Bennett and Hershalina McBee Bennett; her children, Harold D. Haney Jr. and Jenny Haney Layne; her siblings, Joseph Milton Bennett Jr., Sandy King (Houston) and Beverly Rollins (Vernon); and her brother-in-law Greg Lemons.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Haney Sr.; her children, Geary Layne and Dora Haney-Snider; her grandchildren, Roman Haney, Trenton Terrill, Jazmyn Haney Elfrink (Nicholas), Cadence Layne, Emily Snider, Georgia Layne and William Layne; her siblings, Keith Bennett, Julia Champion (Jack), Cheryl Wilkinson, Fran Bennett and Caroline King; her uncle John P. Bennett; her aunts, Judy Copeland, Linda Stanley and Carol Davidson; and her close friends, Evelyn Murray, Peggy King and Helen Bray. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
