She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fecel and Lena Fecel; her husband Pattee Kirby; her siblings, Dorothy Morgan, Elizabeth Allen and George Fecel Jr.; and her niece Barbara Ekblad.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Vaughan (Ben) and Peter Kirby (Lisa); her grandchildren, John Shumard, Analee Kluge (Brian), Abby Huggins (Andrew) and Ann Dodge (Gene); and her great grandchildren, Abilene, Clementine, Beau, Crosby, Cooper and Murphy.
