Robin McLennan Hurst Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robin McLennan Hurst in Sewanee, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Kenneth Robert McLennan and Joyce McLennan; and her brother Bill McLennan. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Hurst of Pine Mountain; her children, Kelly H. Brunn of Brookhaven and Daniel R. Hurst of Amelia Island, Florida; her granddaughters, Annabelle and Josie Brunn of Brookhaven, Georgia; her sisters, Michelle McGee (Chuck) of Palm Harbor and Joy Hickey (Dan) of Cumming, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Roach of Madison, Alabama and Kenny Hurst (Kim) of South Point, Ohio. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Mrs. Hurst's memory to St. Vincent de Paul – St. Peter's Catholic Church of LaGrange, 200 Lafayette Parkway, LaGrange, GA 30241.
