He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Sr. Smith and Janet Smith; and his brother Carl Jr. Smith. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Smith (Sampsell); his son Barry Jr. Smith (Jennifer); his granddaughter Kaylea Smith; and his sister Sherry Carns (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
