He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin Fleming and Ida Bell Myers Fleming; and his siblings, Alma Lois Fleming, Marvin Frazier, Dewey Frazier, Elroy Fleming, Grover Fleming, Burl Fleming, Harless Fleming and Stanley Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Miller Fleming; his children, Lee Fleming (Misti), Sherry Fleming Alvarez (Iseral) and Cynthia Fleming Culler (Brandon); his grandchildren, Liam Fleming, Avalee Fleming, Iseral Alvarez II, Isabella Alvarez, Mark Wright, Bennett Culler and Emerson Culler; his great grandchild Josephine "Little Josie" Alvarez; his sisters-in-law, Linda Fleming and Wilma Fleming; and his close friends, Wayne, Debbie Metcalf, Robby Metcalf, John Norberg and Roger Abraham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Magnolia Chapel at Berry Highland South Funeral Home (9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
