He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Casale and Betty Mynatt Casale; and his sisters, Gilda Casale and Deborah Grillo. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Gabriele Casale; his son Tyler Casale; his stepchildren, Kenneth, Michael Gingras and Cheryl Aparicio; his grandchildren, Devan, Andi and Carter Aparicio; and his great grandchild Beckum Murry.
