He is survived by: his children, Pamela Bierworth (Glen) and David Blevins; his daughter-in-law Beth Blevins (late Jeff); his son Bruce Blevins (Wendy); his grandchildren, Christie Vasquez (Jason), Paul Bierworth (Madeline Moncla), Olivia Bierworth (Micah Armstong), Jacob Blevins and Keren Bierworth; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Evie Vasquez and Laurel Armstrong; and his siblings, Elmo Blevins, Kenneth Blevins, Ethan Blevins (Connie), Betty Plummer, Reba Tillery (John), Judy Tucker, Joseph Blevins (Jan) and Naomi Hammons.
