She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Tomlinson and Lola B. Tomlinson; her husband Clay Neil; and her siblings, Harry Tomlinson, Mary Jones and Louise Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Blevins (Kim), Phil Blevins (Gloria) and Jennie Eller (Kenny); and her grandchildren, Beth Koubele (Chris), Emily Tubbs (Josh), Sarah Jeter (Robert), Katie Curd (Justin), Lexi Ramey (Chad), Houston Eller (Anna) and Colton Eller. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crandull Church of Christ (2632 TN-133, Shady Valley, TN 37688). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Blevins Cemetery.
