She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Tomlinson and Lola B. Tomlinson; her husband Clay Neil; and her siblings, Harry Tomlinson, Mary Jones and Louise Gentry.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Blevins (Kim), Phil Blevins (Gloria) and Jennie Eller (Kenny); and her grandchildren, Beth Koubele (Chris), Emily Tubbs (Josh), Sarah Jeter (Robert), Katie Curd (Justin), Lexi Ramey (Chad), Houston Eller (Anna) and Colton Eller. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shady Valley Fire Department, c/o Conley Gentry, 340 Walker Rd., Shady Valley, TN 37688.
