He was predeceased by: his parents, Polly Wallace Shepherd and Samuel Hutchinson; and his brothers, Hiley and Shelton Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Rutter Shepherd; his daughters, Cindy Arnold (Wayne) of Elizabethton, TN, Alicia Bauguess (Jonathan) of Mountain City, TN and Sheena Murray (BJ) of Shady Valley, TN; his grandchildren, Evan Bauguess, Chelsea Arnold, Jackson Bauguess, Cooper Murray and Abigail Murray; and his sister Janice Eller of Bristol, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
