He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Carr and Martha Carr; and his brother Perry Carr. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Carr; his children, Tracy Hagye (David) and Timothy Williams (Amanda); his grandchildren, Sidney Williams, Ashlyn Penick (Jacob), April Williams, Hunter Hagye, Brantley Williams, Bryleigh Williams, Brayleigh Williams, Ryder Williams, Damon Owens and Nathan Owens; and his siblings, Carla Duff (Rodney) and Lee Carr (Tonya). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
