He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rouse; his children, Jessica Maples (Jordan), Jeremy Rouse and Rachel Rouse; his grandchildren, Waylon and Kylie Maples; and his sisters, Judy Collins, Janice England (Jerry) and Rebecca Rouse. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Taylors Grove Cemetery, Sharps Chapel (1631 Leadmine Bend Rd, Sharps Chapel, TN 37866).
