He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Holehouse and Gerald Holehouse. He is survived by: his wife Kellee Holehouse (Larson); and his children, Katie Sloma (Ryan) and Sean Holehouse (Cassie). He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, his family is requesting that donations (checks) be made to the Hospice Promise Foundation and include UT Hospice on the memo line so that donations do not get lost in the UT Hospital system.
